REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of each order, all purchases are final. No refunds are offered.
TURNAROUND TIME
2 full business days for listing descriptions (excluding weekends + holidays) after all info and payment are received through our Order page. EXAMPLE: Orders placed on Thursday will be delivered Monday. No exact time is promised.
Please see the updated turnaround time listed on the description of each service as it may change without notice.
DEADLINE TO SUBMIT AN ORDER
Orders submitted after 6pm PST are seen the next business day.
RUSH SERVICE
Available for $65 additional, or become a member for $199/mo to receive all your listing descriptions within 24 hours on the next business day. Major holidays and weekends are excluded. Please see our order form for the latest updates.
MEMBERSHIP
Become a member for $199/month (auto-billed until you unsubscribe) and receive all your listing descriptions within 24 hours on the next business day. Major holidays and weekends are excluded. DOES NOT include the price of writing the description.
REVISIONS
Price includes one round of revisions. Email us for a revision request, and please allow 24 hours, M-F (major holidays excluded). Feel free to make your own edits when you copy/paste the text. Additional revision requests may lead to added fees plus additional, reasonable time is needed to complete the changes. Rush service is not available for revision requests.
ORDERING
All orders must be submitted through our Order page and paid there, complete with photos, the property address, and bullet points. The order form can not be edited after submission, so please be sure to fill out each section correctly.
SENDING PROPERTY PHOTOS + INFO FOR REAL ESTATE LISTING DESCRIPTIONS
Photos, property address, and bullet points must be provided within the order form online. No zip folders, and we don’t download anything. Matterport or videos are not necessary. If the property info (“bullet points”) is longer than your requested description word count, we reserve the right to exclude some of the info to fit in your listing description.

Plagiarism + copyright laws apply.
USAGE OF CONTENT
The property description can also be used as a video script, on brochures, postcard mailers, social media captions, blogging, and more. You may request a condensed version to fit your specific MLS, if needed. Just provide us with the character limit on the order form. We don’t get involved with the brochure or other marketing design/planning if it’s through a third party.

HOLIDAYS THAT WE TAKE OFF
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + Black Friday, Christmas.
PAYMENT METHOD
Currently, we accept only credit card payments online through our website only - the highest security available online using Stripe or Apple Pay. We do not accept cash or checks.
ERRORS + MISTAKES
Every effort is made to ensure that the content is perfectly proofread and grammatically accurate, but we can't guarantee that every project is completely free from typographical, grammatical, or factual errors. Mistakes are rare but easy to fix by either party. Feel free to revise yourself and make your own minor edits if you’re unable to wait for us. We are not liable for any misinformation provided to us.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
In the event that either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this agreement because of unforeseen circumstances or causes reasonably beyond our control, neither party shall be liable to the other for any damages resulting from failure to perform. The parties involved shall notify each other as soon as reasonably possible following the occurrence of an unforeseen event.

Please carefully proofread the work prior to using it for your marketing. Let us know of any errors. We are not liable for misinformation.
We reserve the right to refuse any projects.
We'll do our best to ensure your work is delivered on time. In the unlikely instance that we don't meet the agreed deadline, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damages to anyone as a result of missing a deadline or misinformation. Though very rare, sometimes things happen, and it's just unavoidable.
We may publish, post, or blog about the final version as part of an ongoing portfolio. If you would prefer this not to occur, please let us know before you publish or market your listing.
